Christine Saunders

Christine Saunders is the Operations Manager and a Maryland-licensed REALTOR® with Housecats, where she serves as the operational backbone of the client experience. From contract acceptance through settlement, Christine helps coordinate the timelines, documents, inspections, vendors, financing, title work, walkthroughs, and dozens of smaller details that determine whether a real estate transaction feels controlled or chaotic.

Her responsibility extends well beyond keeping a checklist. Christine anticipates potential problems, clarifies responsibilities, communicates the next step, and makes certain clients never feel that important details are being left to chance. She works closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and settlement professionals to keep every participant moving toward the same objective.

As both a real estate professional and an investor, Christine understands properties from more than one perspective. She recognizes how condition, maintenance, improvements, timing, and presentation affect not only a transaction but the longer-term value and usability of a home. Her deep roots in Anne Arundel County also give her a practical understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and local relationships that often become important during a purchase or sale. Christine is licensed in Maryland, works with buyers and sellers, and brings personal real estate-investment experience to her role.

Before entering real estate, Christine worked as a special educator in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. That experience strengthened the patience, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills she now brings to clients navigating unfamiliar or emotionally demanding circumstances. She has also remained active in her community through recreational coaching, school fundraising, and animal-shelter volunteering.

Christine is warm but direct, exceptionally attentive, and willing to take ownership when a situation becomes complicated. Whether she is advising a client herself or coordinating the work occurring behind the scenes, her objective is the same: protect the client, preserve momentum, and make a complex process feel organized, personal, and fully supported.
