Irene Steslow
Real Estate Advisor
Irene Steslow is a REALTOR® and strategic real estate advisor whose work combines sophisticated marketing, disciplined negotiation, market judgment, and highly attentive client care. She advises residential and investor clients and brings particular experience in luxury real estate, relocation to Annapolis, historic properties, and waterfront homes.
Before entering real estate, Irene worked in corporate brand marketing, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar marketing budgets and managed strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies. That background allows her to view a listing as more than a collection of photographs and features. She considers the likely audience, the property’s strongest market position, the story that will resonate, and the channels most capable of reaching the right buyer.
For sellers, Irene combines that marketing perspective with thoughtful preparation and customized positioning. For buyers, she brings detailed analysis, clear communication, and the ability to construct an offer that remains competitive without losing sight of the client’s financial or practical boundaries. Her clients regularly highlight her willingness to listen, her lack of high-pressure sales tactics, her responsiveness, and her ability to provide the information needed to make consequential decisions confidently.
Irene holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University, an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Certificate of Professional Negotiation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She has also lived and worked internationally in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, experiences that broadened her understanding of relocation, cultural differences, and the varied considerations that shape the meaning of home.
At Housecats, Irene brings both strategic depth and relationship continuity. She understands that clients often need more than transaction management—they need someone who recognizes uncertainty, communicates without condescension, and remains attentive to the personal circumstances surrounding the decision. Her objective is to combine rigorous representation with an experience that feels considered, collaborative, and distinctly human.
