The goal isn’t to change everything. It’s to make the right things count.

YOUR HOME. PRESENTED AT ITS BEST.

Preparing to sell should start with a strategy—not a renovation wish list. Through Compass Concierge, eligible sellers can access funding for improvements such as staging, painting, flooring, and landscaping, without paying those approved costs upfront.*

Housecats helps you identify what is worth doing, what to leave alone, and how to bring it all together. We approach preparation as part of your selling strategy, balancing presentation, budget, and timing to help buyers see what makes your home worth their attention.

FROM PLAN TO MARKET.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

  • STEP 1

    PLAN

Decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.

  • STEP 2

    PREPARE

When you’re ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage contractors and vendors.

  • STEP 3

    LAUNCH

Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.

  • STEP 4

    REPAY

You’ll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens – your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Subject to program terms that may vary by market.

PREPARE WHAT MATTERS.

Start with the work your home needs—not a checklist of everything you could change.

THE DETAILS.

What improvements can Concierge cover?

Eligible projects can include staging, cleaning, decluttering, painting, flooring, landscaping, kitchen and bathroom improvements, roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs, fencing, closet work, pest control, moving and storage, seller-side inspections, pool and tennis court services, and sewer inspections and remediation. Coverage is subject to program rules and exclusions.

Housecats helps you prioritize what is worth doing for your property, budget, and timing—not simply add more work to the list.

Who is eligible for the program?

Concierge is designed for sellers preparing a home for sale with Compass. Concierge Capital financing comes from Notable Finance, LLC—not Compass—and requires lender underwriting and credit approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

We’ll help you understand the application process and how the program could fit into your preparation plan.

When is repayment due, and are there fees?

Repayment is due at the earliest of your home’s sale, termination of your Compass listing agreement by either party, 12 months after your Concierge start date, or a qualifying suspension of the loan by Notable under your loan agreement. Fees or interest may apply depending on your state. Your loan agreement governs the specific terms.

Repayment can be required before your home sells.

How do I get started with Housecats?

Use the form below to tell us about your home, your selling timeline, and the improvements you’re considering. We’ll discuss your priorities, identify where preparation could make a meaningful difference, and help you evaluate whether Concierge fits your plans.

You do not need a finished renovation plan to start the conversation. Start with your home and your goals. We’ll help you work through the next steps.

Subject to credit approval and program terms. Fees or interest may apply. Repayment can be required before your home sells. See the full program disclosure below.

Rules and Exclusions apply. Compass offers no guarantee or warranty of results. Subject to additional terms and conditions. See compass.com/concierge for more information. Subject to the terms of your Compass Concierge Loan Agreement, funds provided by Compass Concierge are to be repaid once one of the following happens (whichever occurs first): your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, Compass terminates your listing agreement, 12 months pass from your Concierge start date or Notable otherwise suspends your Compass Concierge loan for any reasons stated in the Compass Concierge Loan Agreement. Concierge Capital loans are provided by Notable Finance, LLC, NMLS# 1824748 and are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license. Loan eligibility is not guaranteed and all loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting by Notable. Compass is not a lender and is not providing loans as part of the Compass Concierge program. *Depending on your state of residence, fees or interest may apply.

Sellers meeting all applicable requirements are entitled to the Concierge Bundle Credit outlined herein. Affiliated Business Arrangement. As is set forth in Compass’ separate Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure (“ABAD”), Compass has business relationships with Concierge, Chartwell, and certain other providers (together, the “Affiliated Companies”). Each of the Affiliated Companies is indirectly owned, in whole or in part, by Compass, Inc. Any referral by one of the Affiliated Companies to another may provide the referring company, its affiliates, and/or their employees with a financial or other benefit. You are NOT required to use any Affiliated Company to do business with Compass. See ABAD for further detail, including estimated charges. No Required Use. While Chartwell is available as a closing company option for you, and Concierge Bundle Credit is available only if you use Compass, Concierge, and Chartwell, you are not required to use Chartwell or the Concierge program to obtain real estate brokerage services from Compass.
