The neighborhood features a private swimming pool for residents and a 49-slip marina on Lake Ogleton, offering direct access to the Severn River, just five miles south of the Bay Bridge.

 

Anchorage is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the Annapolis Historic District and less than five minutes from Quiet Waters Park. This 340-acre park boasts six miles of paved trails for hiking and biking, a visitor center, an entertainment grandstand, an ice skating rink, playgrounds, picnic pavilions, two fenced dog play areas (for small and large dogs), a dog beach, and kayak and paddle boat rentals. Anchorage is also ideally positioned 35 miles east of Washington, D.C., 32 miles southeast of Baltimore, and 122 miles west of Ocean City, MD.
