Winchester consists of just over 100 homes and is nestled along the north shore of the Severn River, just outside downtown Annapolis, MD. Originally purchased in the mid-1800s by Jacob Winchester, the neighborhood has since grown into a vibrant community with stunning views of the Severn.

 

Run by a dedicated volunteer Board and Committees, the community offers a range of amenities, including a private beach and pier (Main), a swimming and dog-friendly beach (East), kayak racks, boat slips, and beautifully maintained landscapes. Winchester is a family-friendly and environmentally conscious neighborhood, featuring two rain gardens and numerous green initiatives. It’s a truly special place to call home.
